To stay update on school news and important dates please see the monthly Newsletters under "About Us". Monthly Newsletters will also be emailed directly to you through school messenger. If you have not received a monthly newsletter please contact the office to ensure your email is registered with the school.
CHSPS Parent Council offers a Hot Lunch Program. It is a online ordering program which happens twice a year. Once in the fall and again at the beginning of the New Year. This years Hot Lunch Coordinators are Lynette Hayes, Shauna Hebert, Sherry Galletly and Katie Freadrich, they can be reached by email. email@example.com
Sign In and Sign Out Procedures for Students & Visitors
- If you need to pick up your child from school during the school day, please stop at the office to sign your child out and we will help you locate your child.
- If your child is returning to school after being signed out or is late getting to class please have your child sign in at the office.
- All visitors to the school must report to the office and sign in at the “Visitors Sign in Binder” and then sign out of the binder once they are done visiting. This includes parents that are wanting to drop something off for their child.
The purpose of these policies are not only to ensure accurate attendance but also the well being of our students. Thank You for your cooperation.
